TERMS AND CONDITIONS ZDC WHITEPASS:

 

  • Obtaining a WhitePass will entitle you to a place on the WhiteList, to mint 1 ZODIAC NFT

  • The day and time established for the minting is communicated through our official Discord channel.

  • The user agrees to notify a valid email address to receive notifications from Zodiac Project.

  • The wallet to be used to mint your Zodiac NFT must be the same as the one used to purchase the WhitePass, the system will reject if you use another wallet and you will not be able to mint your ZODIAC NFT.

  • The user included in the WhiteList will only be able to mint between the dates that are officially established, in the event that the user has not minted within the maximum established periods, he will lose his minting right irrevocably.

  • The amounts paid by the user to obtain a place on the WhiteList are not entitled to cancellation or reimbursement, regardless of the reason alleged.

  • The resale of WhitePass is totally prohibited, no right will be recognized in any case, to another wallet other than the one used for the acquisition of the WhitePass.
